Do I have to be a member to order?

You do not have to be a member to order.  You can make your shopping by selecting the “continue without membership” option on the payment page.  However, we recommend that you sign up to be able to check the status of your order.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we are shipping worldwide.

How much will it cost to ship to my country?

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page depending on the destination country, size/weight of the package, and the selected shipping method.

How long does it take to deliver to my country?

Delivery times vary depending on the selected shipping method.

  • Standard (12-15 days)
  • Express (DHL 3-4 days)

How can I track my order?

When you place your order it can take between 1-3 business days (not including weekends and national holidays) for us to prepare a package for delivery. Once your order has been shipped from us, you will be sent an email notification with your tracking information.

Can I cancel or exchange my order?

Yes, you can return or exchange your item. If you need to return/exchange an item to us for any reason please contact us from [email protected] and you can follow the steps that will be given via e-mail.

Who is responsible for return shipping costs?

If the item you purchased arrived damaged or not as described we would be responsible for the return shipping costs.

On a preference-based return, the buyer would be responsible for purchasing the return shipping the item.

When will I receive my refund?

Once the item has been received by us we aim to process the refund for the returned item within 14 working days from receipt.
